Located at: Monaco & 12th Ave

Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The schedule is open two to three days a week. Ideal hours will be 8am to 2 or 3pm. They can guarantee 16+ hours a week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 3 to 6 months at a time, with the opportunity to extend.

Children's Ages: Care will be for two children ages 18 months and 4 years old.

About the Children:

The oldest child is in school full-time, so primary care will be for the family’s youngest, who is adventurous, active, and absolutely loves playing outside. They would love an FA to help schedule fun activities.

About the Family:

Dual working parents, mom works part-time and dad works full-time.

About the Pets:

There are no pets in the home.

Additional Notes:

Mom has been a stay-at-home mom. She is now looking to get back to work.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard family assistant duties are needed during nap time. This includes laundry, washing bottles, light housekeeping, dishes, light errands, organizational projects, and cooking for the children.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2 years of nanny experience with infants, toddlers, and school-age children
Previous experience with household management duties.
A second language would be nice, but not required.
The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, and always punctual, with a warm and open approach to communication. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t feel the need to rush out the door at the end of the day but instead takes a few minutes to share with Mom how the day went, highlights, and anything important to know. It’s so helpful to have someone who treats this as a partnership and keeps the family feeling connected and informed.

Compensation and Benefits

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $29-$35/hour (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering gurenteed hours, paid sick time, and PTO* (depdning on commitment length).

Required Qualifications

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
