Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The family is happy to guarantee 32 hours per week.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year - longer if it’s a great match.

Start Date: By November 2025

This family has two small dogs - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including total and complete childcare, bottle prep and sanitation, baby laundry, working toward milestones, general tidying, and light errands like grocery shopping.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

3+ years of nanny experience with infants is preferred
Candidates with an educational background will be given additional consideration.
These first-time parents are looking for someone with great experience to guide them through parenthood and hope their nanny will become an extension of the family.
Someone patient, gentle, good at communicating, and able to meet children where they are at is strongly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$32/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of $46,600 - $53,200 per year (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2+ weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job OR a vehicle to drive on the job.

Any Additional Perks:

This family is also open to offering a health insurance reimbursement based on the candidate’s needs/total compensation package.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
