Located at: Denver, near 38th Avenue and Federal Boulevard
Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: The family is open to two schedule options based on the right candidate: 30 guaranteed hours per week, Monday through Thursday. The days will begin at 7:00 a.m., some days may be up to 10 hours OR they're open to 40 guaranteed hours per week, Monday through Friday. Hours are TBD, and will be confirmed as soon as mom's work schedule is confirmed. No evenings or weekends are regularly required.
Live-In / Live-Out: This is a live-out position.
Commitment/Contract Length: This is a long-term position for 1+ year.
Start Date: September 14, 2026

Children's Ages: Care will be for one baby girl, approximately 3.5 months old at the start of the position
About the Children:
  • This sweet baby girl is happy, healthy and already beginning to find her voice. She is currently nursing, taking one bottle each day and following an on-demand rhythm for feeding and sleep.
  • Her parents would love a nanny who understands infant development and will thoughtfully introduce age-appropriate activities, sensory play, music, reading and outdoor time as she grows.
  • The family is comfortable with local outings and hopes their nanny will eventually enjoy taking her to parks, libraries, classes and other enriching activities outside the home.
About the Family:
  • These first-time parents are excited to welcome a nanny who can help them feel supported and confident as they navigate their daughter’s first year.
  • Mom is returning to work part-time, three days per week in a hybrid role, although her regular workdays are still being finalized. Dad works from home two days per week and in the office three days per week.
  • Communication is especially important to this family. They value a nanny who shares updates, asks thoughtful questions and approaches the relationship as a collaborative partnership.
  • The family is looking for someone who will bring warmth, empathy and creativity to the role while building a close, lasting relationship with their daughter.

  • Position includes all standard nanny duties, including supporting feeding and sleep routines, preparing and cleaning bottles, children’s laundry, children’s meal preparation as she begins solids, nursery organization and keeping the baby’s belongings well stocked.
  • Plan developmentally appropriate activities, including tummy time, reading, music, sensory play, walks and engaging activities outside the home as the baby grows.
  • Maintain light tidiness in the child’s spaces, kitchen and main living areas throughout the day.
  • For a 40-hour schedule, responsibilities will also include light family meal preparation, grocery shopping and light errands.
  • The family employs a housekeeper every other week, so this position does not include deep cleaning or heavy housekeeping.

A day in the life...

  • All standard nanny duties, including attentive infant care, supporting feeding and sleep routines, preparing and cleaning bottles, children’s laundry, children’s meal preparation as she begins solids, nursery organization and keeping the baby’s belongings well stocked.
  • Plan developmentally appropriate activities, including tummy time, reading, music, sensory play, walks and engaging activities outside the home as the baby grows.
  • Maintain light tidiness in the child’s spaces, kitchen and main living areas throughout the day.
  •  For a 40-hour schedule, responsibilities will also include light family meal preparation, grocery shopping and light errands.
  • The family employs a housekeeper every other week, so this position does not include deep cleaning or heavy housekeeping.
Travel Requirements:
  • No regular travel is required.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional newborn and infant experience is required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The family is excited to find a nanny who will speak Spanish with their daughter and help make the language a natural part of her daily life.
  • Household support experience is preferred for candidates interested in the 40-hour schedule, but it is not required.
  • The family is flexible regarding education and overall years of experience. Strong infant-care skills, Spanish fluency and the right long-term fit are most important.
  • The ideal candidate will be warm, empathetic and confident caring for a young infant. The family is looking for a communicative, creative and proactive nanny who will bring thoughtful developmental activities, outdoor time and age-appropriate outings into their daughter’s days as she grows.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):
  • Family is offering a rate of $30-$33 per hour (gross), equivalent to approximately $46,800-$68,640 gross annually, based on 30-40 guaranteed hours per week. No overtime is anticipated.
Benefits and Perks Offered:
  • The family is offering two weeks of paid time off, standard paid federal holidays, accrued paid sick leave and gas reimbursement when the nanny uses their personal vehicle for work-related driving.
Any Additional Perks:
  • A family vehicle may be available for use while working. The family is also open to discussing a health insurance contribution, with the amount and terms to be determined as part of the offer.

  • Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
  • Have strong professional and personal references
  • Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
  • Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
  • Are a non-smoker
  • Committed to professional, legal pay
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
  • Candidates must be current on the family’s required vaccinations, including the annual flu vaccine and the original COVID-19 vaccination.
