Schedule & Guaranteed Hours: Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm with 24 hours a week guaranteed is the most ideal schedule for the family. Option 2: Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm with 32 hours a week guaranteed.

Live-In / Live-Out: Live-out

Commitment/Contract Length: This is a short-term position for 6+ months

Start Date: March 9th

Children's Ages: Care will be for one child who is 5-months old.

About the Children:

This baby girl is doing great and following her wake windows well.
She is happy and healthy, starting to roll over, and is learning how to use her voice.

About the Family:

Dual working WFH parents who both have private office spaces inside the home.

About the Pets:

This family one dog - all candidates must be pet-friendly.

Additional Notes:

The family is on multiple day care waitlists but there is a large probability that the 6-month contract will be extended.

Key Responsibilities

A day in the life...

Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties including baby laundry, light tidying, prepping and sanitizing bottles, prepping homemade baby food, supporting milestones, and going on walks close by home.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position.

Desired Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications…

2+ years of nanny experience with infants.
Knowledge of child development and milestones.
The ideal candidate is optimistic, happy to communicate, able to put first-time parents at ease, and seamlessly enter into the family home.

Compensation and Benefits

Let’s talk dollars and cents…

Rate of Pay (gross):

The family is offering $28-$30/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $17,000 - $24,000 for the 6-months (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering all standard benefits, including 2 weeks of paid time off to coordinate with the family, paid holidays, paid sick days and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.

Required Qualifications

We welcome all candidates who meet or exceed the following requirements to apply…

Have a minimum of 2-3+ years of applicable professional experience verifiable with references
Have strong professional and personal references
Have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
Are 18+ years old and a high school graduate (2-4+ year degrees preferred)
Are authorized to work in the U.S. without restriction
Are a non-smoker
Committed to professional, legal pay
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew prior to hire)
Have all standard vaccinations, including flu and original Covid.
